I am looking for a little help planning the air travel for a group of at least 10-15 people. I've booked airfare several times for my family of 5, but this this a little over my head, I think. The youth group at our church is attending a conference at Coronado Springs over the long MLK, Jr. weekend. Our dates of travel are pretty much set....although we are a little flexible with the times, and the airport we can travel from.
Would I be better off going through the group sales dept. at Southwest or Delta? I expect that the fare might be higher going that route, though. When I talked to someone at SWA, I was told that I could get refunds if the fare went down after I booked. I'm going to call back and double check on that.
Any other tips would be GREAT.
