I've been trying for months to get a reservation at Be Our Guest for my birthday and so far have had no luck. I've checked the website almost daily and have called a few times as well. Does anyone have any tips or tricks for how I could get a dinner reservation for 6 people during the first week of December? It's my one and only birthday wish to go there for dinner so any tips are greatly appreciated! I'll keep trying but I thought I'd reach out to everyone on here, too. Thanks in advance.

Keep checking the week before the trip when people start changing plans and canceling. I was able to get a reservation just today for Sunday. There is hope!

1. Keep checking the website
2. Subscribe to the December cancellation thread (Read the rules; no requests)
3. Check for reservations for fewer people - try to get a reservation for four and one for two; six together will be more difficult to find.

This was my experience on Thursday, October 30th at BOG for dinner. I had a reservation I made on September 27th (33 days out) for 4:45pm and showed up 3 minutes before. This was a MNSSHP night. While in line the gentleman before me said to the CM checking people in, "There are 4 of us. We are here for the party but don't have a reservation." The CM replied, "What's your name? Come back at 7:00pm and we'll have a table for you." I was shocked it was so easy for them. I would say be there at 4pm midweek on a party night and you are good to go. That's my plan anyway for December 9th. Good luck to us both!

A couple of points to keep in mind:

On a party night if you don't have party tickets your reservation will have to be before 7:00.

If you do have party tickets many will say it is not a good idea to have a TS meal during party hours. Considering how much party tickets cost you'll be spending 60-90 minutes eating rather than enjoying party exclusive activities.

To the OP: Persistence. BOG is the hardest reservation to get at this time so keep checking online multiple times a day. Cancellations go back into the system almost immediately so it's a matter of being online checking when one re-enters. While it would be perfect to have dinner there on your birthday, if you expand your dates and times you increase your chances. Take note of party nights because you'll need to a reservation before 7:00 if you don't have party tickets.

I agree with Supersnoop's suggestions to look for 2 reservations for 4 and 2 at the same time and subscribing to the December cancellation thread.

If you are staying at a Disney owned resort you can also try to get a FP+ for lunch if you cannot get a dinner reservation. The biggest difference is the Beast is only there during dinner and at dinner beer and wine can be purchased.

For a party of 6 walking up without a reservation can be difficult because of the size of your group. Sometimes walk ups were accepted and other times they were being turned away. We've also been there when CMs were telling walk ups to check back later in the evening, but not guaranteeing a table.

Keep trying and stay hopeful. Like the others said - split ressies up. However, I did just recently snag a 6 person for the week of the 18th and got lucky.

Thanks for posting this and for some of the tips in this thread! I am still holding out hope for a res for 7 on 11/16 but I may have to split our party!

As others have said, keep trying and don't give up hope as people cancel all the time and something can open up at any time. Good luck.

I too have been trying since the 180 day mark with no luck. Both of my girls have birthdays that and they really want BOG!

l will cross fingers for us both, I am trying for EIGHT!! I am not optimistic
about splitting the reservation into smaller parties, I would have to then get 2!! It has been hard enough getting one.
