Tipping on reservations of 6 but only 5 eating

OK. So Disney adds an 18 percent on groups of 6 or more. Understood. However, we are 5 adults and one 2 year old. If I am at say Chef Mickey's or Garden Grill, will I be charged for her? I'm thinking that I won't so that brings my next question. When the bill comes for just 5 adults will they add a gratuity onto that?

You'll need to make the reservation for 6 because the baby counts on ADRs. However the little one won't be charged unless you order food for her, and the gratuity would only be based on the bill for the 5 adults.

Gratuity will automatically be charged for the total amount of the bill as you are required to book for a party of 6 guests even though only 5 meals will be purchased so tipping will be based on cost of the 5 meals.
