Tipping ME driver

We will be arriving at MCO after 10pm so we will need to take our bags to ME with us. How much should we tip the driver? We will be 7 people, so I assume only 7 suitcases.
Also, should we tip when we give him our bags and get on the bus or when we get off at our stop and collect our bags?

I usually tip the ME driver $1 or $2 per bag (depending on service/attitude) and give it to the driver when we get off the bus at the resort and on the return trip to the airport.

We claim our own luggage and don't use the ME luggage service, therefore, we always tip the driver.

We always tip the driver at least $10 when we get off the bus. We had a carry on, a stroller and a car seat.
