Tipping at Character meals

I see that the tip is included when you pay, so obviously that means that you dont have to tip at the end of the meal, but my friend says that we should still tip the actual characters. They cant accept tips can they?

I have searched tipping in this forum and there isnt much info.

That's a new one for me. I've never heard about tipping characters. Just doesn't seem right to me.

Not true. I've never even heard that one before. Think about it, they don't have pockets, most can barely even hold the pen to sign their autograph.

Now what you can do it tip your server an additional if they do something outstanding. But no need to tip characters.

The only Character meal where Tip is included is Goofy's that I know of, Arial's I know the tip is not included. And no the characters can't take tips.

When we ate at Ariels on 1st of July this year, tip was included in our total when we got the bill, but we could add more if we liked.

This is either new or you had a large party, they have always included tip for groups of 6 or more I believe it is, otherwise tip isn't included as of the last time we went.
