Tiny fashion dolls from the 80s?

I loved those Fashion Plates! I could sit there for hours and "design" outfits.

OMG! Would bring mine to our swim club and there would be a line snaking around the grass during the "Adult Swims" with the teens who wanted a turn. NO LIE!! And everybody got a turn, it was awesome.

I cannot wait for niece to be old enough for these because I WILL get her a set off ebay.

I totally loved those!!!! I played with them forever!

I forgot all about these dolls! I remember using them as the "nerds" when playing with Barbie. Poor things.

I sold these on e-bay, at the same time I sold Mandy. They brought fairly good money considering they were well played with. I had the babies and their general store with the pottery wheel too! And the grandparents!

OMG I LOVED my Sunshine family!!! I had the Dawn Dolls, Chrissy (with the magical growing hair), Barbies galore and all the cars, cruiseships, campers that went with them. I loved them all.

I had the Sunshine Family too! Their arms ALWAYS fell off.

Dolly Pops- yes! I didn't have them but my best friend, Kristen Lynn, had them. When I was little I thought that was the most beautiful name in the whole wide world, and I only heard it when Kristen Lynn didn't put away her Dolly Pop toys and she got yelled at by her mom. I named my first Cabbage Patch kid Kristen Lynn.

I also had Dawn dolls from the 70's - plus tons of Barbie, the horse, pool, house, camper and many more things.

Glad they added bangs to the Glamour Gals. The bangless versions look a little like Tyra Banks.
Now, did anyone have the C.H.I.P.s dolls? They played with Barbie all the time! I had such a crush on Erick Estrada back in the day.

I still have my Mandy doll and all of her outfits. I loved that doll! I also still have my Sunshine family dolls- the baby, parents, and grandparents. My daughters love playing with them. I remember fashion plates too! I loved them. We even still have the barbie cruise ship and airplane. My parents saved everything. Did anyone have a knit magic? I use to love making my barbie knit tube dresses. Those were the days!

I'm so envious that you saved your old dolls, especially the Sunshine Family! My friend Kelly had the airplane (The Barbie "Friend Ship") and we used to play for hours with that! I just had a flood of memories when I read the words "knit magic"!! I never had one sad1 but a neighbor did! Mattel was so awesome:

Blythe Dolls: Those creepy dolls whose eye color would change when you pulled the cord. My cousin had one and I didn't even want to touch the doll.

I had one of those - I'd completely forgotten about this doll! I remember I liked the violet eyes the best.

I still have my Honey Hill Bunch doll too. I just didn't know what she was called. Each one came with a little felt thing- I have a felt frog for mine and the doll's hands velcro to it.
