Hi, I asked Dh to get me a smiley face cookie on his way to work this morning,they are delicious.Well I want a refund, I just got my cookie and there is no face on it, thats the best part.

Agreed, they are good, but I am sure it was just a short time charity drive thingy, unless he licked the face off???!!!???

No more smiley face cookies for me...or anything at Tim's for that matter. I had the pleasure of spitting out a dead bee from my coffee last week. How they could possible not see a dead bee in the cup when adding milk and sugar is beyond me. If I ever drink another coffee, you can bet I will be removing the lid and making sure my coffee is JUST coffee.

Timmy's is really good about customer service; you should contact corporate right away, and let them know what happened. While I agree, why would you want to drink the coffee again; I think the owners and staff at the location you visited need to be aware of the matter.

In terms of the cookies - my 3 year old LOVED them. Thank you DH for getting the kiddo hooked...

Sorry about your cookie face,,I agree it really "makes" the cookie! The cookie sales go to charity,,I manage the local Tims where I live! I know we sold the cookies for one week and we made them 50 at a bake! It was time consuming but so worth it for the charity our store chose! I wish I could send you a cookie!
We now have pumpkin muffins, donut and tea!!!!! The muffins are terrific!!! Not to mention I do not like pumpkin,,even pie!!

Ugh! There was a dead bee inside the box or inside the donut? Either way, it's horrendous! I did send an email to the Head Office, and got a call a few days later. They apologized and sent me 10 dollars in gift certificates. I said that I just wanted to be sure they are told of what happened and asked how the heck did you let it happen!!!

I am in Ontario too. Bees/wasps are a problem at this time of year. I see so many of them buzzing around the drive through garbage and windows. Nonetheless, it shouldnt be in my coffee!
