Timing question-yachtsmen to HS

So, we made our dining reservations back before the star wars announcement, and I'm now trying to fit in an evening at HS to catch the fireworks. We (DH & I) have diner reservations for 6:05 at the Yachtsmen Steakhouse. Will we have time to eat and travel over to HS to make it for the fireworks at 8pm?

In my head, I'm thinking an hour for dinner and a half hour to walk (or boat) over to HS, leaving us about 30 min of breathing room. Am I underestimating time here? Should I cancel the reservation (REALLY don't want to) or try moving a different night around?

We have found that a 3 course meal at a signature restaurant usually takes us 90 minutes to 2 hours. If you eat fast (IMO a horrible waste of a good meal) you MIGHT just make it. But who wants to speed walk after a big meal?

It depends on how fast you eat and how fast you can walk or jog over to DHS. It is just under one mile from the Yaughtsmen to the front of DHS which my wife and I could do in about 10 minutes if we weren't running, 15 minutes at a normal pace.

I guess I should clarify that we are not 3 course eaters. Appetizers maybe, desserts never. And we don't drink.

Then you will likely be able to do it. Especially if you tell your sever what your plans are when you are seated. Signatures usually pace the meals more leisurely, but if he knows in advance, he can speed things up for you.
