Timing Dinner

We are planning to have dinner (we're doing 1 main in-park meal per day) at Jazz Kitchen, Rainforest Cafe, Ariel's for a princess dinner (after a trip to BBB), and Cafe Orleans while we are on our 5 day trip. Do you guys have any suggestions as far as reservation times? Is there anywhere that I can find the cutoff between lunch and dinner for these places?

We will be taking a mid-day break, and I was wondering if a late afternoon dinner with an evening snack would be better, or a mid-day snack with a later dinner. When might it be a little less crowded?

Also, on our "princess day", how much time should I allow between my BBB appointment (for 2 girls) and my PS for the dinner?

I guess I'm just kind of wondering what's the best way to set up my PS's.

i think 430 would be dinners maybe 330

Well... The short answer is to figure out the park hours for the day and flex based on them. When you call PS they can tell you when the parks open and close. You have to be done eating before park closure at Ariels, so I would figure on an early dinner. I'm not sure how long BBB will take as I only have a boy, but I would try for any early appt if you want to do Ariel the same day.
We do Rainforest on early closing days about an hour before the park closes to beat the crowds.

We went during spring break and had a PS for rainforest at 4:30 on day and our PS for WCT at 5 the next day and we didn't have to wait long at either place even though the parks were really busy and we had a large group. That is a little early for dinner but I would rather plan for early dinner and get in quickly than have to wait longer during "normal" dinner times. It worked out really well for us.

How about early dinners? This leaves rooms for a snack before bed! (like those great looking rice krispy Mickeys with milk for example!)
