Timing Dilemma? I need advice!

Ok, I need some advice. We used to go with my family every year to Disneyland for Thanksgiving. I know it is totally packed and have tried to avoid it last year and this one. We booked with our points for the week after Thanksgiving to take our 3year old and 20 month old. Everything was set and the points were really cheap. Then my aunt called, (who is really like my mother) and asked us if we would want to go with them over thanksgiving so that they could see the kids there. The points are almost double and the room rate is 420 and up. I really want to go with them, but can't stand the cost, and crowds that will be there. WHAT DO I DO?? Please help.

IF you really want to go, you can always find a cheaper hotel farther away from Disneyland and see if you can use their hotel as a parking space... but either way, $11+cheap hotel probably wouldnt be as much as the hotel near Disneyland...

I agree, can you tack on two days or so to overlap with them and just stay offsite those days, then move over to the DLR for your original trip? If that's not possible, I would keep things the way they are, or ask them to change theirs!
