Timeshare Store and Annual Fees

Could anyone let me know if they have purchased points through the Timeshare store whether they have had to pay the Annual Fees up front.

I bought a resale contract this time last year and paid the 2005 annual fees as part of the contract. If you are buying a contract now chances are you will have to pay the 2006 fees as you will have the use of the 2006 points. If he contract is stripped of points then you should discuss it with the seller.
