Hi guys,

I'm planning on having my ceremony in Japan, Epcot and the reception at Living Seas. We will then have an IllumiNations dessert party in the evening

Does anyone know a basic timeline? For example, what time would the reception probably begin and end? I know it depends on me, but what have other brides chosen?

Ceremony - Epcot - Italy - 9:00am
Pre Reception - Atlantic Dance Hall - Boardwalk - 10:00 to 11:00
Reception - same location as above - 11:00 to 3:00
Free Time - people can do what they want - 3:00 to 8:00
Meet at Front of Epcot or International Gateway - 8:00
Dessert Party - Epcot UK - 8:30 to 9:30

We are bussing people in for the ceremony in Epcot. They will be picked up at their resort starting at 8:15am. The bus will take them back to their resort at the end of the reception.

We are having them use Disney transportation to get to Epcot for the dessert party so they have to leave themselves enough time.

We had our ceremony in Morocco and reception at the Attic, on the BoardWalk, with a dessert party at Lower UK in the evening. Our schedule was similar to Linda's, but we had a shorter reception and bussed people for the dessert party too, so I thought I'd share:

First Look & Pre-Ceremony Pictures for Bride & Groom:7am-9am

Bus pick-ups: 7:30am-8:20am (we had 4 resorts in our room block - big mistake!)

Ceremony in Morocco: 9am

Post-Ceremony Group Photos: 9:30am

Friendship boat to the BoardWalk (this would be bus time for you)

Pre Reception @ the Attic: 10:15am-11am

Reception @ the Attic: 11am-2pm

Free Time (after being bussed back to hotels): 3pm to 7pm

Bus Pickups: 7:15pm-8:10pm

Dessert Party @ Lower UK: 8:30pm-9:30pm
