Time of day for ADR ressie @ 180 window

Can someone confirm the time the window opens for ADR reservations on the 180 day?

I know it was midnight, but I have also read it is 6am EST and 7am EST?

Which one is it?

We just did ours last week. It was 6am

ADR's open at 6 AM Eastern.

FPs open at 7 AM Eastern.
