Time for Miracosta Oceano breakfast reservation?

We are planning to book a 2 night package at Miracosta that comes with the Oceano breakfast both mornings. What would be the best reservation times if we plan to go to DisneySea (9:00 AM opening) the first day and Disneyland (9:00 opening) on the second day.

If we have the Happy 15 Entry, what time should be plan to be at the special Happy 15 gate?

It depends on what you want to do with the Happy 15 Entry. The gates open up 30 minutes before park opening at Disneyland and 15 minutes before opening at Disneysea. Depending on what you plan to do, you will probably want to arrive a bit earlier than that.
