Time for BC Sale

Any suggestions as to the expected time before the Beach Club is sold out.

VWL took 16 months (and is still selling add-ons to existing members) and is a smaller resort than BCV.

BCV is perceived by many to have a better location and sales thus far have been brisk.

I still can't imagine BCV selling out in less than a year.
