Tim vs. Jack

Okay, who would you recommend, Rev. Tim Herring, or Rev. Jack Day!? I need honest input!!! Thanks!

We used Rev Tim and were extremely happy with our ceremony. He did everything just as we planned. He included the readings we wanted and we even did a daughter part of the ceremony as I have a teenage daughter and we wanted her included as well. Went fantastically ! No complaints whatsoever.

We have booked Rev. Tim Herring he has been very helpful and fast at emailing back which i think is important

I was SO glad to see this thread posted! I am starting to look through the list of officiants that Disney sent me now, and there are so many to choose from. It is hard to decide when I can't meet them in person for quite a while!Is there anyone who really stands out as being great? Anyone you were not impressed with? I see Tim and Jack are both good! Any other insight would be great!

If you re just enquiring about other possible options you may have id def recommend Rev Kevin Knox. Im so glad we ve chosen him, hes been so helpful & friendly, a very warming character . We ve written most of our ceremony with some input from the Beautiful Ceremony guide Kevin sent us. He was so accomodating with our ideas & loved the fact that we wanted to have so much input. We ve chatted about my ideas & even about the Disboards . Im a very big person on first impressions & he could nt of made a better possible one .

I was going to use Jack but he was booked so we went with Tim and he was perfect. Very easy to talk with over the phone and email and the ceremony he picked out for us was perfect.

I just told him I would like a Christian ceremony and he went from there. He has a great personality as well.

We really enjoyed him and were blessed to have him be a part of our day.

We decide to go with Rev. Tim for our wedding. I meet with Rev. Jack and Rev. Tim and liked them both. Honestly, the deciding factor was my f.m.i.l. who felt that Rev. Tim was more "with it & lively". (Still, I think she wanted us to go with someone much younger and I wanted someone with a traditional feel.) So, that how I decided on an Officiant. It was a tuff decision when it came between those two. Now, even while I post this I'm not sure! Sorry if I'm not much help, I recommend to just go with your gut. And my gut told me to trust Mrs. Massie and make her happy. Hahaha.

We had Rev. Tim at our wedding and he was great! He kept the wedding moving smoothly with just the right amount of humor. He didn't make us feel rushed and the wedding felt like it was put together just for us! Good luck!

We both loved Rev. Jack! He put us at ease and was so kind and "grandfatherly," which is what we were looking for on our wedding day. I felt like I'd known him forever and the only contact we ever had was e-mail and one phone call. He gave our toast (DH's best man became ill and couldn't come to the wedding), he stuck around for cake, cider, gave us advise on marriage, and he took extra pictures with us after the cake cutting
