Lesley - Have a great weekend! When you get back take a picture or describe the shirts you ordered from disneyshopping. I have been eyeing some shirts on there as well, but worry about the sizing issues. The one I really want is the Disney couture Pluto shirt in the Disney Outlet section. But I can't let myself spend 24.99 on a t-shirt! Plus we are going down to Gulf Shores for a week soon and there is a Disney outlet in a big outlet mall there. Hoping to get some good deals for our Sept. trip.

Thanks, we are having a great time, got here last night, are having fun hanging out, went to a local mall today and hit a Disney store, more details and pics to come of what we picked up, went to a minor league ball game tonight, having lots of fun, I'll post pics upon our return. HEY WE'RE IN THE TEENS- 19 days, CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!!!

Great report...loved all the pics...I like to do the same thing.

So, since this TR also follows our life leading up to the trip I will include the events leading up to it.
Tim is one of 7 (yes 7) siblings. Most of them live right around us but his closest brother (in age and relation) Jon lives in West Virginia with his wife and their new 6 month old baby girl. They come here for visits but we have never been there to see them and their new house. Sooooo this Memorial Day weekend we paid them a visit.
We had a rough start with the Memorial Day traffic Friday, what should have been a 3 hour drive turned into close to 5 with lots of traffic. But the kids behaved and we got there fine. We had a good time visiting playing games, eating pizza before heading to bed Fri. night. We headed to a local mall on Saturday and had fun shopping at Steve and Barry's (I love this store, Tim and I got TONS of new clothes for under 60 bucks total). We found a Hallmark with TONS of WEbkinz for you Webkinz fans out there it was crazy, like EVERY kind, Luke picked out a duck, to be fair we let Lauren build a 10.00 bear at Build a Bear (yes, we spoil our children)
As we are getting ready to leave the mall my LOVELY boy Luke says "mom, you know there is a Disney store here don't you". WHAT DO YOU MEAN LUKE? He said "I saw a boy walking with a Disney Store bag" THAT'S MY BOY!!!! I was soooo excited (o.k. we've established I'm crazy : ) We got to the Disney store PRONTO. I found this polo on a clearance rack for 2.00!!!!!!:

Then I headed to the Tiki section in hopes to find Luke and Lauren matching shirts to Tim and I and I found these:

So now Tim and Luke will wear the Mickey tiki's and Lauren and I will have Mini Tiki's, I already have it planned that our second day in the parks when we go to Magic Kingdom on my b-day we'll be sporting these new clothes.

After the mall we headed back for naps and then to a YUMMY Mexican restaraunt for dinner. Then we went to a minor league baseball game, that was fun. Here are some pics from the game:

At the end Luke started looking green he had a bout of Diarrhea at the game, I just thought he was tired (he chose not to nap) but we got home and he started puking and Diarrhea ALL NIGHT- YUCK!!! Lots of loads of laundry later he was fine by morning, go figure. HOPEFULLY we are getting all of the sickies out of our system before Disney this year - wouldn't that be nice.
Yesterday we hung out and had fun and went to a local park, grilled out and enjoyed their company before leaving around dinner time. We had a great weekend.
NOW WE ARE BACK and only have 17 days!!!!
I can't believe it, so much to do and so little time.
Oh by the way, here is the tanktop I bought on Disneyshopping last week (I returned the too small top, bummer):

We are done buying clothing for the trip, but have a ton of other little things to buy, laundry to do, lists to make and check off, and packing packing packing to do!!!!
Gotta run, have to pick up our dog from my parents house. Later!

Sorry about your shirt. Sounds like y'all had a great little trip. I love the polo you found and $2 is amazing. We are heading to the Disney Store before we go see POC3 today. I now, I about died when I saw the tag for 4.00 and I asked "is there an additional 50% off of this?" and she said YES! Gotta love Disney deals.

So, today I decided I wanted to see what exactly the limitations for carry on's are. Glad I did, because I didn't realize we had to put the 3 ounce liquid items in a separate zip lock baggie. I'm copying and pasting what I found below on the Airtran website:

1. 
   Travelers may carry through security checkpoints travel-size toiletries (3 ounces or less) that fit comfortably in ONE, QUART-SIZE, clear plastic, zip-top bag.
2. At the checkpoint travelers will be asked to remove the zip-top bag of liquids and place it in a bin or on the conveyor belt. X-raying separately will allow TSA security officers to more easily examine the declared items.
3. You must declare the following items at the screening checkpoint if they are more than 3 oz not contained in a zip-top plastic bag.
   • Baby formula/milk (to include breast milk) and baby food in containers if a baby or small child is traveling
   • Medications (liquid, gels, and/or aerosol)
   • Liquids (to include juice) or gels for diabetic or other medical needs
4. After clearing security, travelers can bring beverages and other items purchased in the secure boarding area on-board aircraft.

The security rules ban carry-on of toiletry items toiletry items over 3 oz. Such items may be transported in checked baggage.
Passengers may carry the following items on the aircraft:

• Beverages and other items purchased in the secure boarding area on-board aircraft.
• Essential other non-prescription medicines not to exceed 4 oz. (120ml) per container, to include saline solution and eye care products such as eye drops and contact lens solution
• Solid cosmetics and personal hygiene items such as lipstick in a tube, solid deodorant, lip balm, and similar solids
• Laptops and portable electronics are allowed onboard as part of a passenger's carry-on baggage allowance.

Expect delays and arrive at the airport early.

Please plan to allow extra time at the airport for check-in and security screening. Security lines will be longer due to these increased screening requirements.

So add it to my list, I need to get gallon size baggies and put our stuff in that, I'm going to limit it to one baggie. Good to know you can purchase a few bottles of water after security and carry them on though. Alright, I'm at work, time to start the day and stop thinking Disney Yeah RIGHT!!!!
