Lesley
Yeah! They came in the mail today, she is thrilled!!!!Yay for Lauren's purple crocsNot sure about the raincoat. I don't blame you for not wanting to eat dinner that early. Sheesh!
I tried Ebay, no luck there so far, but thanks. Oh yes, Laurens came in the mail today so now we are an official All Croc Famiy!!!HI!
How about trying EBAY for a man's rain coat?
So fun that you whole family has CROCS - I just bought my first pair yesterday for our Thanksgiving trip and I can't wait for them to arrive!
I am so enjoying your pre-trip report - keep up the great stories!

I am so anxious for our trip in October. It will be our first trip with our dd who will be 18 months at the time. We have been to Disney for every Anniversary! This will be our fourth!![]()
I also wanted to say that I completely agree, the Lord does provide!![]()

O.K, so we are now 44 days out!!!! Unbelievable!!!
I have started a laundry basket where we are piling our Disney clothes for the trip. When the come clean out of the wash, into that hamper they go.
Lauren's purple Crocs are scheduled to arrive in the mail today, poor girl, everyone has them but her, she's been quite patient.![]()
I have called Disney dining DAILY about the Mama's package but NOTHING! I'll keep trying. They have a 3:30 available but I refuse to eat at that time, I know, I'm a snob![]()
Our latest quest is to find Tim a raincoat. I have a nice Disney raincoat I got on Disneyshopping.com for myself before our trip last year, it was AWESOME to have instead of the poncho's, it was nice and cool with a great hood and nice pockets. I can't tell you how many people asked me where I got it when we were down there. I hate poncho's, Tim and I both do, they stick to your skin and in that June humidity, YUCK! We prefer the raincoats. I got one for 9.99 on sale, (they actually have a nice one on there for 9.99 now too by the way). I got the kids theirs on sale for 9.99 also. (Actually I just saw those on sale at Disneyshopping for 7.99, so I HIGHLY recommend them). I got Luke a lightnin' McQueen one and Lauren Disney princesses of course. I'll take a pic for you and upload later of our raincoats.
ANYWAY, poor Tim has no coat, they just don't make them for men. Any ideas?? Anyone seen them?? Up for suggestions.
Until later. ...
Lesley
Glad you enjoyed the t-shirts and enjoy your crocs, they are AWESOME, I wore them all weekend.

I seriously can not tell you how comfy the style that I bought is. I have a hard time with sandals too, sometimes scrunching your toes to keep them on, etc. With these, honestly you move and they move with you, they stay on, they are like walking on air, I LOVE THEM! The pair we bought Tim he loves too, I agree, they look just like normal sandals, they have them at Dicks, use the coupon (link posted in former post) for 10 bucks off. Let me know if you do. They also have the thong type sandals for guys too.
Enjoy!
Les
You know, she did great. It was super hot because it was June so we took a break every afternoon. We hit the parks at opening, took a nap break in the afternoon and left the parks by 9:00 each night, worked out well for us. She loved the FAntasyland rides in MK, the safari and triceretops spin at AK, Figment and turtle talk at Epcot, and Playhouse Disney show, Ariel show, Belle show at MGM. DO NOT take her into Tough to be a Bug at AK, I did and LAuren literally thought she was dying HUGE mistake, I felt like a horrible mother. How did Lauren do when she was 18 months? Any tips? We are also very fotunate we have my parents coming with us. They are already giving us a night out, at CG, to celebrate our anniversary!![]()
You are quite welcome! Enjoy!!!Thanks for the tip on the raincoats...off to check them out!
Congrats on the 4 days, INCREDIBLE!!!! I'll check out the sportsman sites, thanks for the tip.Lesley, you might try the sportsman sites, like Cabelas or Bass Pro Shops, for a man raincoat. My DH prefers the fishing type rainsuits, but they might have something you like. I'm just taking the cheapie Dollar Tree ponchos and throwing them away after use. Last trip when it rained the whole time I got SO tired of dripping stuff draped all over the room.I am now at 4days!!!

Unfortunately, I got called out of town for a week and now I'm a little behind on my preparations.
I WILL catch up tonight though!!

You know, they were pretty true to size, I got one size bigger for my kids so they would cover their clothes and it works out well. I agree, raincoats are the way to go, we hate ponchos! How do the sizes run on those disneyshopping raincoats. After my last return for the size being too large, I swore I wouldn't buy clothes from them again. You make a great argument about raincoats. I hate how the ponchos stick to me and the hood just ends up dripping right in my face.
I AM SO HAPPY FOR YOU, aren't they the best? Two ladies at work showed up in them today and I printed out a stack of Dicks coupons and the rest of them said they were going out to get them tonight, too funny!Just have to say, my Crocs arrived today, I don't want to take them off! They have to be the most comfortable shoes I own! I think I am going to have to buy a few more pairs![]()
Hey Melissa, so glad you enjoyed the old TR and are enjoying this one and are all caught up now.Hip Hip Hooray! I finally got all caught up!
Lesley, I'm loving the TR! We just made our first trip to Disney in February, and thanks to TGM and the DIS, it was a fabulous trip. Tim, I loved your rendition on Jack and Diane! It was GREAT!
We are in the very early stages of planning on trip next year. Our last trip was planned only 50 days out, so this looooong wait is new to me. It stinks! lol. Right now we're trying to decide exactly when we are going to go. April or September. I'm also thinking of a short trip in April for mine and dh's 10yr anniversary, and then the big family one in September. Boy, the kids will be MAD if we go again before they do! lol.
Anyway, I can't wait to read more!
