Thanks :) I get tired out too...I skimped on my AM routine because I was tired and the cleaner comes today. We have a cleaner once a week so that we don't totally ruin the house...it makes us look presentable. That's what my mom says.

Hello hello hello! I am in a very good mood this morning! I had to go to Kenton to see my mom's cancer doctor...all clear! Plus they had a freebie health fair! I went there and got lotsa good stuffs! They even had healthy snacks-like apples and cheese and popcorn! I got lots of pens and pencils, jar grippie lids and sunscreen wipes. Odd, but cool!

B: 1 Fruit and Walnut Salad, Apple Dippers, hash brown, and 4 ounces 1% milk (F&W=3.5, apples=.5, milk=.5, hash brown=3.5! 8 so far...pretty kick bum and filling)

L: at Henry's, Kenton's go to restaurant. 1/2 a small salad (1...that darn dressing!), 1 fruit salad (3), 1 cheeseburger (bun=2, hamburger=1), fries (4)

19 points used today. Dinner will be baked fish and a baked potato as I am cooking.

2 glasses of water.

Exercise: Um, next question. But seriously, I will get to it. I plan on doing my 5-day abs, and extreme laundry.

Hi AmyT!!! Thank you! I feel good. Today I looked down to put on my flip flops and could see most of my feet!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've never been able to do that since I was a little kiddo! I want to get clothes teens wear, like flared jeans...and cute tee shirts...and pajamas (I've always wanted a pair but I can only either find the top or the bottom in my size and in the color or pattern I like). Thanks!!

I'm so glad the news from the dr was good news. That health fair sounds cool - I love getting all those freebies, especially ones I can actually use.

You'll be wearing those teen clothes in no time. It will be so nice to be able to wear the "trendier" clothing.

Lovely snack of a McGrill Chix samich and F&W salad. I reported it but am not to interested in finding points. I'm guessing 10. It was good. But now I have to be good because I have a great picnic coming up!

Good Morning everyone!!!

Vee-I tried, but our McDonalds is having what they call the Premium Chicken Samiches...they come on a honey-and-wheat roll...didn't know how to count it! I love dotti's weight loss zone!!! Thanks bunches!

Gonna be "good" as I possibly can be today to get my tummy ready for the Picnic. There are going to be lotsa good activities to join in with...golf, canoes, paddleboats...and they will give you Participation Bucks that you can use to buy prizes. They also have reputations of being kick bum cooks too...

B: 1 apple (1), 4 ounces orange juice (1), 2 slices toast (2). I was supposed to have a ham and scrambled eggs this morning but A) we were out of ham! SHOCK! and B) my egg didn't fully cook!

S: 1/2 yogurt (1)

Exercise: 6 minutes of extreme laundry.

Water: 72 ounces :)
