Volunteered again. Lots of fun. My brain is frazzled as I just volunteered for an 1/2hr with the littlies and played parachute, horsey, and RUN QUICK FROM THE DINOSAUR!!!! (That is actually the real name of the 'game'.) And my babysitting kids' mom wants to know if I can sit from 3-6:30. And I have cheerleading practice...plus choir. I might volunteer again from 1:30 to 2:30 depending on Claire (the mother of the children).
Clarinet is DONE! Did that!
ETA: I walked to the library (20 minutes, 10 there and 10 back). But since I do that nearly every day, should I be counting that towards my exercise?
My day has been flying by, actually. It's been pretty good so far. After today I am going to switch back to my POINTS plan. I miss it so much. Didn't think I would but I am much more aware of how I constantly snack on carbs...maybe a week or two of Atkins would be good (that I could survive!). Any suggestions on that matter? I think I actually forgot how to do Atkins! Meat, cheese, salad, veggies...etc. Can I have fruit?
