Just wanted to give a positive vote for anyone thinking of using Tiffany Towncar. We used them both ways recently for our party of 6 (van). When I booked this service the man in the office couldn't have been nicer! Our driver was Renata and she couldn't have been more pleasant. She was full of smiles for us when we got to the baggage claim area and despite there being plenty of strong adults in our group she insisted on grabbing bags for someone LOL. She had everything loaded into our van and we were on our way so fast! She made quick time to our hotel . She was happy to talk during our trip and was so pleasant! The day before our return I called just to confirm and got the same guy in the office, in the same happy mood. Renata was our driver again for our return and, again was all smiles, asked how our trip was and again handled all our bags (despite the protests from the guys lol).

Also, my brother and his fiancee flew in midway during our trip and they also used their towncar service. They had a very similiar experience.

So I know they're not really known outside of the DIS community, but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Two years later, we used Tiffany again and were extremely happy again. This time we had a town car for 4 with plenty of luggage room. Mauro was our driver from MCO and Renata our driver home. Both were incredibly pleasant and helpful and professional.

I would not hesitate to use them again.

Glad to hear the great reviews....I'm booked with a town car service for my trip in November...a surprise for my boyfriend! :thumbsup2

I am in the booking phase of our trip and I have to give Tiffany a lot of credit for being very patient with all of my questions and requests for changes. We don't travel until April, but so far I am very happy with the service that has been provided!

I hope you get Renata. She's so nice! I think I must be the only one using them LOL, but I really like them a lot.

We also had Renata and she was the best. We had her for the arrival and departing trips. They customer service was excellent

We have used Tiffany over the years when we do not rent a car. Always found their service very good. One time we flew out a day early due to a snow storm and called from the plane and they were able to accomodate us! :thumbsup2

I have sent them multiple emails and have not heard back from anyone. Had heard positive feedback from others and was considering them. Now, not sure.

:) We only use Tiffany, DH insists and he is NOT using DME. Lately we have had, Waseem, Mark and Steve as our drivers. All were very nice. I have called at times to book and had to leave a message...they did return my call later. I also sent an email a while back with a question and they responded in 24 hours. THey could be having an issue with their computer. I would just call. The guy is always very nice a pleasant and even chats about trips when he sees our history with the company. They have also been very accommadating with flight changes last minute.

We have used the Towncar and a van. Always super nice and clean. They always give us ample time for the grocery stop and Waseem even took us to the Hess station one night (late flight) cause he said it would be cheaper than the grocery that was open.

:)Flightzone please give them a chance...maybe they are busier with the Direct Air fiasco. Request one of the above drivers and I think you will be pleased. I think Renata even picked us up a couple of years ago. We have used them exclusively sice 2004.

Tiffany is the best. Used them for our Universal Trip a couple years ago and everything was perfect. Using ME this time or else I would have given them a call.

Based on the very good recommendations from this thread I attempted to book a reservation with Tiffany Towncar last week. I do business online all the time, this was the first time I received a "delivery status notification delay" email. It came from the postmaster at Tiffany's email server. Today I received "delivery status notification failure".
I prefer to book online because everything is in writing. Not sure whether I want to try again, or find another car service.
This is for a short trip in May, and I need reliable transport. Any suggestions?

:) Give them a call and you will get a confirmation number and I think they send a confirmation email as well. Again compared to the other companies in the Orlando area, they are small but dependable. I think there are 2 people that usually work the phones since the same man answers the phone year after year when I call. Once I spoke with a woman.

I DON'T use the online reservation system becasue it does not look secure (http(s)) and I don't want to leave our info regarding flights like that online...I know it would be a long shot for anyone to actually care...but still. I only do it by phone and they have always been waiting for me in baggage claim.

I would call directly. I have had email issues in the past. But they always have the info. The probably have yours.

It doesn't really bother me. Every company..not so long ago...you had to call. ;)

Thank you ToddyLu and buffettgirl for your replies. I will give them a call in the morning. :flower3:

Used Tiffany Towncar last Oct. and loved them. We will definantly use them again this fall. We had Waseem and he made DH and I feel like movie stars. Even tho our flight arrived 1/2 hr. early....he was waiting for us when we arrived at baggage claim. Handled our luggage to and from MCO. He also advised us concerning the easiest/quickest store for our grocery stop. And....he insisted on unloading all of our groceries at the resort.
Please do not hesitate to use this fantastic service!

We used Tiffany years ago then had an issue and havent used them since. After reading good reviews on them I booked with them online yesterday. Got the confirmation instantly that requested a phone call for CC info. Called and they had the reservation less than 2 minutes after I booked it. Did get that same delayed email message but I think it is more to do with their email than their actual reservation system.

Looking forward to trying them again and their price is right! :thumbsup2
I will update when we return - heading there Monday.
