Tiffany Sold?

I have been trying to email Deb at Tiffany Town Car for a while to set up a van pick up with Berkley Edwards but she hasn't responded after 2 emails. Then I read something about Tiffany Town Car being sold and she is no longer there? True or false? Does anyone know?

I saw this thread and gulped as i have ressies for 3/28. I called them, got an answer right away, and they did confirm there is a change in ownership. However she was able to confirm my reservation with no problem and assured me that all was okay. No worries and I'll let you know how it goes.
 
I have always dealt with Debbie but also found out the other day that it is sold. Hopefully everything remains the same. Does anyone know when it was sold?

Yes please let us know how the service goes!! WE used them in May and loved them, but if the service changes w/ownership then we may just use Magical Express Transportation. Looking forward to a report :goodvibes

I was about to ask a similar question when I saw this thread. I have sent 2 emails in the last week and received no response at all. I wanted confirmation that they still do the grocery stop since they don't list it on their website. If they don't respond quickly I'm going to look elsewhere.
 
You would be best off calling them. I wonder if their email address has changed. Their mailing address has. I talked to someone there last nite to book some customers reservations and they told me prices are the same and still do the grocery stop. I did leave a message for the new owner to call me but have heard nothing yet. Will let you know what I hear and when.

Still don't know if I'll make the jump to another service, we have used Berkley from Tiffany every time we visit, he's originally from the same area, two towns over. I give him the update on the area each time we visit.

I'll see how things go with new ownership. Also they are not listed as sponsors on the allears website??!!

Has anybody checked to see if they are still honoring the coupon from the Passporter? It was for $8.00 off.
 
I left 2 messages for the owner to call me since I do book many of my customers with them and have always walked well with Debbie. Have not heard anything back from Rafael. Very disappointed at this time!!! anyone else hear anything back from Tiffany?
 
Sorry, I meant worked (not walked) well with Debbie!!!! Can you suggest another service in same price range with excellent service?
 
Since I had not heard from Tiffany, I emailed FL Tours (the sponsor of this board) and within 2 hours I had a price quote. We are a party of 11 for a December 2005 trip so I had a few questions. With the quick response, detailed answers to my questions and pleasant tone in the email I am going to make the jump from Tiffany to FL Tours.

Wow, I can't believe I am reading this. Berkley is our favorite driver and I was going to do the e mail next week. I sure hope he still works for them, he is our favorite driver too, I guess I will call, but I would like something in writing for confirmation anyway, I just feel better about that. I wonder if the sale has anything to do with the impact from the magical express. I didnt know Berkley lived in CT, I thought he said he lived in NY at one time.
 
OK maybe I mislead you...Yes Berkley is from New York. We are in Greenwich and I work in Westchester County, Still only a few towns away from my office. We have used Berkley many, many times for our family vacations and for work as well. It 's a very hard decision but if I email 2 -3 times asking a question or two and I get no response what do I do? If I knew how to get in touch with Berkley I would but all I have is the Tiffany #. I told my children that we might not be "using Berkley" and they said we have to, he's the only one that has ever driven us in Florida. So what do I do now?!?!

Are there anymore updates on Tiffany's were booked for Monday and I'm getting nervous, thinking about changing. Any advice?
 
My wife called to confirm our reservations today with Tifanny, she stated that they purchased tiffany becuase the previous only had not paid taxes on it(she says she spoke to the owners son according to the person that answered). they had confirmed our reservation and all was well, my wife made a change to it, and she got a confirmation email right away.

WOW! I just got off the phone with Tiffany. After reading all of this on the internet I wanted to make sure everything was in order...price,coupon, etc. Well...the woman on the phone was not very pleasant. I felt like I was bothering her, she abruptly asked for my confirmation number then said your reservation is not until April 20 you don't call to confrim until the day before. I very nicely said I was just double checking the price. I couldn't wait to get off the phone with this woman! We have used Tiffany many times in the past but I think it's time for a change.
 
Well if you want to contact berkley personally he is listed in the white pages as 407-933-2975. dont know how he would feel about anyone doing that, but maybe if we all do, then he could just go and start his own business, he seems to have a fan club here of happy customers.
 
I thought about trying to call him!! I would love for him to start a business or better yet, .....Hey Andy from FL Tours, if you need a driver you should call Berkley Edwards. This man is the best!!!! I have used him for our family trips and for my business. He's a true professional!

I'm afraid so too. I had reservations with TTC, for our April trip, but cancelled, since we found a rental at a good price.

We will prob. go with someone else next time we need a towncar.
