Interesting groupings. Can't imagine who would choose Fantasmic or B&B as their first tier, unless they are uninformed or it becomes impossible to just arrive early enough and get a seat. I think putting R&R with TSMM as the only tier one rides might shift some adults and teens away from TSMM while creating fewer angry guests. I'm sure that's the hope. Single rider is still an option at R&R right?
I think there would be a much bigger reaction from the average guest if this happens at MK.
I don't think they are rolling this out slowly to be sneaky or evasive. I am sure they are adding things to the mix little by little as part of the testing process. This is a huge program and will take a while to fully implement and adjust.
Choices were tiered in all parks when testing started. Then all the tiers were now removed. Since they are adding them back I would take that as a sign that capacity has been confirmed to be inadequate to roll this out untiered. I think the tiers are here to stay.

F! surprisingly is the one that will force major changes for me. My plan was at RD go to TOT, then FP+ TSM, RNR and F!. Now it will be RD RNR, and FP+ TSM, TOT and I guess Star Tours. The FP+ for F! was mainly to not have to get there and wait super early.
