They look OK! If you don't want the colors to overlap, put the rubber bands apart from each other. I have one shirt soaking right now with the ears on the hip, let me take a pic and show you.

I did put the rubber bands about an inch apart, so that part came out fine. But the orange was not completely around the outside so I guess I need to work on soaking the dye into the creases better next time.

Question on the dye, I hardly used any so I froze what I had left, has anyone tried that?

Oh I see! Yes, you need to stick the bottle tip into the folds to get a more uniform pattern.

I've never tried that, I normally use all my dye and if sits for several days I just discard it because I don't know how it would look and don't want to ruin my shirts, maybe you can check with the manufacture.

My DD told me that her school band is going to Disney World and they want matching shirts, that would be a fun project.

Here it is. The long Sleeve Christmas shirt.

I messed up my Mickey head though so there wasn't any white around it. I also chose to make my Mickey Head a bit smaller and closer to the neckline. I liked that look.
My DD10 did the bling on the shirt with her Bedazzler. That was a hoot watching her.

I'm going to try doing a tank top today and I think I'll use wider rubberbands this time.

Awesome! Love the bling detail on the Mickey, I've seen shirts like that, with a smaller mouse, cool! The colors look nice, you got a lot of color and less white.
