Tickets on My Disney Experience

Do not have any vacation any panned now . I have loaded my tickets to My Disney Experience. I see them if I go to account through Disney website. But if I go through the Disney app I do not see them. Am I looking in the wrong spot.I have an Android phone.
 
Sometimes, the app doesn't work correctly. If you can see them on the website, they are there.
 
As mentioned, the app sometimes goes awry. Try logging out of MDE on your phone, then turn your phone off. Power it back up up and log back in to the app. Make sure you are using the same account/ login for both the website and the app. That should solve the problem. If it doesn't, you can try uninstalling the app and re-installing it. If still no joy, you will need to call the MDE IT support line.

This happens often enough, so don't be concerned about the tickets not actually being on your account. It seems to be an issue with the app. The website is more reliable in reporting all the data attached to your account.
