Tickets from Undercover Tourist

Another shout out to UT from us! I had purchased nonexpiring tickets from UT as well as park hoppers directly from Disney. Initially we had no problems after we linked all tickets but 2 weeks before our trip I somehow lost 4 days from my nonexpiring ticket and my son lost all four days of his park hopper. I have to say Disney ticketing was awesome in helping me with my problems as was Undercover Tourist. I was reissued new tickets before the trip and had no problems with them at the parks and also never lost our fastpasses that were linked to us. Danny from UT was great to work with! If you have any concerns I wouldn't hesitate to call.
 
Thank you for all of the replies. I've always read good things about UT on the boards, so that's why I ordered from them. I will let you know when I get my shipping confirmation and when the tickets arrive. :)

I might suggest calling them directly just to assure yourself that they have your order and ensure you'll receive your tickets in time. They have a 800 number listed on their website under Customer Service. It says that the number will be answered by a live person during business hours, so it might be a good idea to give them a call.
 
This is what happened to us when we ordered our tickets last year right as the price changed. We have ordered all of our tickets through UT so when those took longer, I got nervous. I called them and they were able to see my order and tell me when they were going to be sent out. I think if you're worried it is worth a phone call!
 

I ordered mine last Sunday as well but still don't have the tickets or a shipping email. Hoping I will get the email soon. :)
Check your Junk Mail file. That's where my email from them went.

We ordered Sunday night a week ago and received our tickets yesterday.
 
I totally just up and lost our tickets and UT was able to send me the info from them in time for our trip, so we had a totally seamless vacation. Of course DH found them in a kitchen basket about a week after the trip.
 
I did end up calling UT. I still haven't received my shipping email, but they said because my last name begins with a Y, they would be sending them out in a day or two. Apparently they send out in alphabetical order. Still kind of concerned I haven't received an email though, and it wasn't in my junk folder. :(
