Wasn't sure were to post this question. Would it be cutting it too close to order disney tickets from ticket mania and needing them by March 2nd? I know they say it takes 8-12 business days, but I was wondering what kind of timeframes people may have had.

You can also pick them up or have them delivered to your hotel. We picked ours up on our last trip with no problem.

I thought about having them delivered to the resort, but this trip is a surprise birthday party for my DD and her best friend (b-days 2 days apart) and we wanted to give them the tickets. We were planning to wrap up a couple small items that would lead to the trip and then give them the park tickets last.

I thought they mail on specific day(s) of the week. You may want to ask them when that is and just calculate your normal mail delivery time from there. But from this week upcoming, I wouldn't think you'd have a problem. We've never waited more than a week for ours to be delivered in Louisville.

The only way I saw on their website to get a hold of them was through aol instant messaging and I tried that to no avail. Does anyone know of another way to get a hold of them (phone number)?

I think you'd be safe ordering them...we got our tickets very fast when we ordered them a year ago. If you are worried I'd look into picking them up...are you going to have a car? If you pick them up...and are a registered user with Mary's Mousesaver site (newsletter/free) you also get lots of coupons and 2 free rounds of miniature golf when you pick them up.

Um...is there a reason that your counter says "we are here!!!!" when you won't be there for some time yet?

..also additional info...I used their instant messaging during ordinary business hours on a weekday and they were wonderful! Did you try IMing them during the workweek?

It did take about 2 weeks to get mine through the mail, but I think there is an option to pay a little more for Priority Mail or Fex Ex.

That's an old counter that I don't know how to get rid of. I was hoping to order the tickets today.
