does anyone know if these have an expiration date on them? i'm thinking of purchasing them for a trip that will be in 2-3 years; according to their FAQ

... you can purchase your tickets now, and use them anytime in the future. Even if the gate prices go up the ticket you buy now would still be valid. Most of the tickets do not have expiry dates, some do, most do not. Please note that the dinner show tickets usually have expiry dates on them, but they are usually for 18 to 24 months from now.

The blurb you quoted is totally useless. E-mail them or better yet telephone them asking specifically whether the tickets you want (specify stock no. or precise description) have a use-by date. You will need to place an order quickly since in a few weeks they may get in a different batch of tickets with different characteristics for which you need to telephone again to ask about.

Note that these tickets, since they are not standard magic your way tickets, probably cannot be modified in any way down at Guest Relations if you had changed your mind or your schedule.
