Ticketed Character Greetings

I am slightly annoyed with myself for not realising this sooner. I knew that the princess/Frozen character meet and greets were ticketed, but I thought they were collected on board. I found out that this is not the case, and you pre-book along with your normal on-board activities Of course now all days are sold out. There are plenty of people who cruise and do not know these things. So, my question is, will there be further tickets that can be claimed once on board, or will I need to make the decision of standing in line for hours to see one character verses not bothering and using my time more wisely by exploring and making the most of the ship ? Thanks

I've heard you can still get tickets once onboard; just make that your top priority on embarkation day. There was a thread yesterday where someone advised they sailed on July 23rd and yesterday (the 20th) there was availability listed on the DCL website so keep an eye on that too. It's what I'm doing!

Excellent news! Wow, we are going to have a busy morning when we embark with all these things we need to do and sort out! But I will definitely keep an eye on the DCL page, as there is just over a month to go

So on the Magic now.

We pre booked online, my cruise meets group were fully aware.
But other cruisers were not aware.

I went around guest services etc about 12.30 to check my ressies.

Meet and greets long line moving fast and in the first few hours everyone was getting what they wanted.
Character meals, be fast do sell out but if on in first couple of hours you get them.
MDR changes, and private table for you, quick and easy to confirm abd get, nearly all requests were granted, Main to late easy, Late to Main harder but with young kids accommodated.
Palo, long long lines for Brunch, hard to get, Dinner easy to get.
Extra character meets like Marvel can be booked.
