Ticket ?

DH and I are going in May. We went last march and did not get the park hopper ticket. I am not going to get it this time but I am thinking of getting the 5 day ticket. Now what I am wondering is lets say we use the 4 days up and we want to add park hopper after that, can we do it? Or if we decide to add non expiry on the last day can we do that as well? Any information would be helpful!

You can but the price will be the same as if you added it the first day.

The cost of adding hopping to any ticket is the same, regarless of the number of days or whether it is an adult or child ticket. That price is $42.60 with tax.

The cost of adding no expiration varies with the number of days that were originally on the ticket. no-expiration for a 5-day pass (adult or child) is also $42.60.

Both options can be added on to partially-used tickets at guest services provided that the ticket has not expired already.
