We have the 2+3 base tickets to use next week (just the two parks, 1 park per day). We will only be using them 4 days.

I assume we can't, but wanted to double check - can we use 2 "days" on 1 day by going to both parks in one day, being that we would be okay with it consuming 2 of the 5 days?

Also, I assume we can enter a park, leave it, and come back later, as long as it's the same park?

Lastly, is it possible to add on a Volcano Bay day to these tickets once we are onsite? Is it any cheaper than just buying 1 day entrance? We probably wouldn't, just wondering incase we get sick of the heat by day 3.

You can leave the park and return to the same park that same day

You can not use the 2 plus 3 day tickets and do both parks in the same day

You need the P2P tickets for that and you have the one day per park passes

You can buy a one day ticket for Volcano Bay in advance or you can but the ticket that day you get to the gate

Would Universal take the "value" of my current ticket and apply it to a different ticket?

If you bought a one day, one park ticket yes, you can upgrade it

If you want to upgrade your pass, you can do that

To upgrade just one day of the buy 2 days - get 3 day free pass to a P2P pass, guest services will let you know if that is possible

Call or email GS for specific info

Policies so change at times and you will receive current policy when you contact them

I called last night and Universal won't change or take any value toward anything. We got such a deal on them that I'm okay with it - it was kind of a shot in the dark, but I just had to call and ask.

Universal suggested I call the place that sold them to see if they would do anything, but it clearly says on the tickets they won't, so I might not even waste my time. Plus, I don't think the company has the 2+2 tickets right now anyway.

Special sale tickets do have it listed not refundable
No way around that
Use your tickets for what you want or had planned

Since you can’t park hop with them, spend the entire day in the park you go to

If the park gets too crowded, spend time at city walk or explore the hotels

You do have the choice to buy a single day park ticket if you are done with one park for the day and want to check another park out
