Ticket question

I had a complimentary ticket from guest services that I redeemed on my Disney experience. I don't think I need it for this trip (long story...but I have a 5 day hopper pass that I'm using). If I don't go on one of my days here, will I lose it? How does this work?

I don't know which ticket I'm using because they're both on my magic band and I'm here now.

You need to go to Guest Services and they will prioritize your 5 day to be used before the complimentary.
