Ticket purchase question I've never seen before

I'm going to WDW with a friend of mine and her children. I booked both our rooms with my annual pass discount (so obviously I have an AP). My children have leftover days on several park hoppers. My friend and her children have no tickets yet. Will it be posible for me to purchase UPH for the people staying in one room but not the other, considering that both rooms are on one reservation?

I think you would be able to.

In the past we have put different hopper tickets on our rooms. (one had 6 another had 3 days)

You can also choose to charge or not to. but it is all in room or none I believe I have read.

If you wait until you check into the resort, they can configure the UPHs pretty much anyway you want. Last visit, I had an AP, but DH and DS didnt'. We added UPHs for them for some of the days of our stay. No problem at all!

If you try to purchase the UPHs in advance, they become part of a package and are much more restrictive. I believe then that everyone on the room res must have one, and that they must include all days of your stay.

Yeah. I just callled and they said I couldn't do it on an AP ressie. Apparently, AP is only for "room only" and UPH has to have a package included. They are just so much cheaper to buy in advance tho. I guess I'll think of something else.

I'm thinking right now to get my kids APs and give their park hoppers to my friend. We'll see.
