Ticket Prices Increasing June 12th!

We are holding our ticket prices at the old level while supplies last.

We carry a huge inventory but we also have a ton of orders right now!

We cannot guarantee inventory but we expect to fulfill at least this week at old prices.

Shipping (Free) - please note due to the huge volume of orders we have received and expect to continue to receive, we temporarily extended the delivery time for free shipping from our usual 10 business days to 15 business days.

About 1 hour ago 10:34am EST we had to extend the shipping time again to 22 business days. This extension does not affect any orders already placed!

So all previous orders will be shipped within the time frame stated in your email confirmation - the 22 days is only for new orders going forward.

We appreciate your understanding, that we wish to ship these orders as quickly as possible, however we also wish to ship them accurately and are dealing with many order amendments as people often make mistakes when rushing to place their order!

At this time we are unable to take new orders over the phone as we have all hands on deck!

Thank you so much for supporting us and we appreciate your understanding that we are swamped! Which as a Frog family is no bad thing :rotfl2:

Just purchased a 8 day hopper for my daughter from Undercover Tourist. I have never purchased from them before so fingers crossed that everything works out. Couldn't pass up a $39 savings.

Not on the boards for a bit and look what I miss. I had no idea there was an increase. Thanks to everyone and to Undercover Tourist. Purchased 2 10 day non expire hoppers this morning.:cool1:

Hi, hope someone is on to help. I am getting ready to buy my tixs from UT, as of right now I am a little short, so i am thinking of just getting the 10 days and adding the hopper once I get too Disney. It only a 4 dollar difference from $51.00 from UT to 55 from Disney. but a $200.00 diff. for me right now. So it's easier for me to wait right now.

So the first question if I wait, when do I add the hopper? after I enter the park the first time or before? does it make a difference with the hopper option when I do it?

2nd question, if I decide to upgrade to annuals should I add the hopper first and then upgrade to annual? and when do I do each upgrade.

I am not sure yet if I will need the annual this year, but I just want on my options before I buy.

Thank You:)

Add it after. If you make any changes to the tickets before they are used, then you are on the hook for the difference in cost of what UT paid Disney for the ticket, and the current gate price. That's not even what you paid for the ticket, so it would cost you MORE.

If you use it first, then the ticket becomes automatically worth the current gate price, and you only pay for the addition. And you don't need to add the park hopper option until you actually NEED the option.

2nd question, if I decide to upgrade to annuals should I add the hopper first and then upgrade to annual? and when do I do each upgrade.

There is no need to, unless you are getting the PH option NOW. Adding the PH option at the park, and then upgrading to an AP, is just doing two transactions and saves no money.

If you are able to get it NOW at a discounted cost, then the same rules apply - when you use the ticket the first time, they automatically (sort of - the CM has to do a few things and sometimes they forget) take on the value of the current gate price, so any savings now is retained at upgrade time.

UnderCoverTourist, Thank You for the opportunity to get my tickets:thumbsup2
I was able to work it out and get 3 of my tickets.

Crossing my fingers I can still get one more ticket at the lower price in a few days. If not I did get with the 3. THANK YOU:)

Although I ordered my passes Saturday I want to agree with the sentiment above. I've had nothing but great service from you folk over the years!

It's nice to see that not all businesses operate like gas stations: passing on the buck before the pain even reaches them.

THANK YOU!

13 pages is a lot of pages to go through when trying to find an answer, so forgive me if this has been asked before.

Does anyone know if the new prices will be reflected on the WDW site when tyring to get a price for a package deal?

We're going the first week of December and I already have some saved vacation packages so we know how much it will cost us when we are ready to book. Does Disney's site already include the new ticket prices or do I need to go back in, delete my saved vacations and start from scratch?

Dont delete your saved vacation quotes, because the quote is good for 30 days (??) from the date you saved it. So if you saved it before the price increase you most likely will save yourself a few dollars as long as you book durring that 30 day window.

But to check current price against what your previous saved vacation quote is, go on and plug in the info for a vacation and then compair to your saved quote...but dont delete the quote!!

Not going until next year...I assume I can buy my tix now and save since they don't expire until 14 day's after first use???

If you have the cash available to pay off the cc right away, even just buying a few day base tix can save about double the money than the usual through UT.

Want to stress for the younger crowd that if you're putting the purchase off on a high apr card for a number of months, you're probably going to be better off eating the price increase. Us older folk (ahem) have been-there-done-that-not-going-back ;)

Another satisifed Undercover Tourist customer here! For anyone concerned about buying tickets through UT... don't worry!! I've purchased them in the past and have had NO problems with any of the tickets. The only problem with buying them so far in advance is making sure I remember to pack them. ;)

Normally, I do run a caveat that I'm sure the dining plan works for some families--free or paid for. And I should have this time too. For that I apologize. There is always an exception to the rule.

I, personally, have just never seen it. Whenever I run it for not only our family, but for friends, for people I know on DIS boards and other Disney fan site, it has never, not ONCE, come out as a better deal. And I'd say I've done it for at least 50 families; some multiple times (like my own). Now, some people still purchase it for various reasons. For example, a very good friend of mine who goes frequently, like us, insisted it saved money. When I showed her it doesn't, she decided to buy it/go with it being free anyhow because she says then her DH doesn't say a word about costs--she's paying for keeping his mouth shut. Fair enough. Intangible benefit.

Now, what offsite v. onsite, cooking, or driving has to do with Disney's free dining promotion and savings, I don't know. I'm confused on that. I sort of see how the YES tickets might come into play...

Maybe I'm missing something when I work it out as I haven't found a discount on a value resort that would make it cheaper for me to book over the Free Dining Pkg. It's just one adult and one child at Pop for 14 nights. What am I missing? We do the DDP and we like it. We usually have quite a few snack credits left over but use the TS and CS credits. We bring the snacks home for friends and family.
