Ticket Pickp - Will call

Several members of our group ordered tickets on-line via the WDW ticket site and opted for the Will-Call pick up rather than pay shipping. Does anyone know the following:

Can we pick their tickets up at the resort via the ticket window (you know the one where you can make dining or ticket inquires)

Is there a place at DTD where we can pick them up? We have very early PSs for our first park day and do not want to have to wait in line.

Will Call orders are only available at the Walt Disney World® Resort in Florida, and tickets can be picked up starting the day after your order. Upon arrival. pick up your Will Call ticket order at one of the following ticket sales locations: Epcot®, Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park, Disney-MGM Studios, or the Ticket and Transportation Center at Magic Kingdom® Park. Please present your confirmation along with a valid photo ID (e.g.driver's license, passport, or military I.D.), at any ticket sales location

We did this a couple of weeks ago for the MNSSHP and the previous poster is correct, you can only get them at the Guest relations windows at the parks. We tried first at the BWV but could not get them. Also, the person whose name is on the order must be the one to pick them up. My DH tried to get them and I had to do it since I was the one that ordered the.
