Ticket Nightmare!!!

Hey, just an update I ordered my 1 day park hoppers through the official site fifteen days ago. Since they hadn't arrived I rang up to enquire about options. The guy told me I couldn't get a refund and my only option was to pick them up at Guest Services.

Has anyone any experience of picking their tickets up from Guest Services? I'm nearly sure I've read a review somewhere about how they sometimes don't open up until 10am; which messes up my whole plan for getting onto the rides at exactly 9am!

Any ideas folks? (I'm considering just buying a pair of new tickets from the local Disney store). Also, If I buy them from the Disney store will they be actual tickets or just vouchers.

Martina sorry to hear about your ticket dilema
When we bought from Disney Store it was actual tickets. Although that was a few years ago so not sure if they still sell them or whether they give you real tickets.
