Hi.
My mom purchased tickets for my sister's family, directly with Disney.
My sister's family is on my mom's DME, since my mom does the planning for their trips.
I just looked on my mom's DME and see the tickets are assigned to each person, as they should be BUT I do not see non-expiring, which I know my mom needed since these will be used for two trips.
Now what? How does she get these tickets to be upgraded?
We (my mom and I) will be in Disney next month. Is it something we can do while we are there (my sister will be there in December) and have it updated on MDE?
