Has anyone ever purchased tickets from there before? They seem to have a good deal on 3 day hopper plus tickets.....
Are they a ligitimate outfit?????????????

You will be safe if you purchase from Ticketmania. There are many from this board who have done so and I have yet to see a complaint.

Good Luck! :)

I've ordered twice from them and they are efficient and quick..got my tix within 4 days! At first I thought I had a problem with them charging my credit card (which they didn't..just my paranoia!!) and called them and they were very pleasant and did all the checking and everything immediately. They also send area coupon books and brochures. For additional savings go to http://www.ticketmania.com/discountMOUSESAVERS.shtml

this is the website through Mary's www.mousesavers.com and offers additional discounts at ticket mania. I got 4 DQ tix and a 4 da PH+ for $299 using the above site!!! Hope this helps

Another big vote for Ticketmania. You'll find piles of threads on here praising them. Excelent specials, good standard prices, fast delivery. Most important, I've never, ever heard anyone complain about them. Use with confidence.

Pat

Just another note...they (almost) always offer FREE SHIPPING!!!

They're not offering 3 day park hoppers.....in fact, I would think they are not ALLOWED to advertise that ticket on their website. It's not a ticket the discount brokers are supposed to offer.

Also check out www.floridaticketsinc.com (they have a couple of coupons but good prices overall)

or

www.ticketmomma.com (they have very good pricing - especially dinner shows)

or

www.disneyticketswebsite.com (they are very prominent on the web searches and have comparable prices)

for some comparison pricing places

They are, in fact allowed to offer them and they in fact aren't allowed to advertise. However, if I understand correctly, there is an agreement between Mary at Mousesavers and Ticketmania, I'm assuming ok'd by Disney, to put a "private link" on their site for Mousesaver's subscribers showing the occasional special including 3 day hoppers.

Which also means the link in this post of said private link really shouldn't be here! Mary's asked on a couple occasions that the link not be posted. To get it, one needs to be subscribed to mousesavers newsletter.

Apologies for posting the link if I was not supposed to, but I got it off this board somewhere myself after I had misplaced my monthly newsletter!! Didn't know it was not supposed to be posted

Yeah, it's been a while since I've seen comment from Mary Waring, but at one point I know the link was showing up daily and irked her a bit. I'm sure this is part wanting people to subscribe to the newsletter, and part to keep herself clean wtih Ticketmania. FYI, I've never heard her complain about us trading the link. I always send it via PM and request the recipient go to Mary's site and sign up for the newsletter. Even this may violate her wishes. Mary, are you out there? Can we use the link to adverise the newsletter via PM?

I just used Ticket mania for the 3 day hopper with the link from mousesavers. The tickets got here within 5 days, which was good since we leave next thursday. Also picked up a couple of Disney quest tickets. Husband and I have AP's and will be getting those for younger kids, but one college aged child just needed the 3 day, and son is working at Epcot in the College program. I highly recommend them.

FYI...... I am not on here much but have learned so much when I do have the time to browse. We once forgot to order the tickets from Ticketmania and called the *800 number to see if we could pick them up and it turned out to be Billy Boys or something like that. Everyone was extremely nice and I would not hesitate to recommend them.:)

Are these the same tickets that DS sells? I could save $45.00 getting them through Ticketmania but I'm still a little nervous.

They are official Disney Tickets. There have been so many positive posts here on Ticketmania, and not a single bad post that I've ever seen. I'm using these guys almost exclusively now, as their pricing is better than my wife can get as an Army employee.

Use with confidence. Do a search on Ticketmania, look at the numberous threads of happy campers, and know that this isn't only an ok way to go, it's a smart way to go!

That "Billy Boy's" you referred to is www.greatorlandodiscounts.com

They are quite helpful and the number was 800-544-7646

They're not TicketMania but their prices seem in the same ball park and , as long as they were extremely friendly or helpful, like you said, would be just a good a find.

I posted earlier that I thought that Ticketmania and Billy Boy's may be the same place. I should have clarified that I called the 8oo Ticketmania # and they gave me an address that turned out to be Billy Boy's. While I was there I mention the Ticketmania website having alot of positive feedback and they said they would have to go online sometime and Thank everyone. Now, I don't know if maybe these two places just work together or what but they talked as though they were. Regardless , they both worked out great the times we have used them. Have not used them for Disney tickets but other attraction tickets.

I missed this thread somehow and wanted to explain (again) why I am asking that the private link to Ticket Mania not be posted, as it was here.

It's not because I want people to subscribe to my newsletter. It's not because I want to be on Ticket Mania's good side.

The issue is that Ticket Mania is not allowed to advertise certain tickets to the public; they can only be offered privately, such as through my newsletter. Posting that link publicly allows anyone to purchase the tickets and makes it no longer a private offer. This has the potential to irk the powers that be at DISNEY.

Basically, I'm trying to make sure these tickets continue to be offered. If the private link keeps getting posted, I am concerned that Disney may cut off supplies of these special tickets to Ticket Mania.

Similarly, I sometimes have private offers for various hotels in the newsletter. The hotels have asked me to keep those offers private, for various marketing reasons.

If the offer was available to the general public, it would be on MouseSavers.com.

I hope this clarifies why I have asked repeatedly that people NOT post information from the "exclusive offers" section of the MouseSavers newsletter. If you want to exchange the info by PM or e-mail, no problem.

Thanks!

Mary

A couple of posters have mentioned they've never seen a complaint about TicketMania, so I guess I get to be their first. I ordered 7 one-day passes to IOA and 4 DisneyQuest tickets from them back on April 17th. They were to be sent free shipping to arrive in 8 to 12 business days; I've got nothing. I called twice and got their answering machine both times; they haven't returned my calls. Finally, I e-mailed them yesterday and just got a very short response: they'll mail the tickets again. Compared with the level of happy customer service I got from Paramount International Travel when I ordered my PHPs there, and the speed with which the PHPs were delivered, TicketMania just doesn't stack up. JMHO.

Hi Mary!

Since I was the dope that said not to post the link for the above reasons, my apologies. Thanks for clarifying the reason. Those of us that frequent your site will do whatever's necessary to keep good offers on the table. You offer an invaluable service.

Pat

Yea, I ditto Pat_Elliot's sentiments, especially cuz I'm the "dope" who posted the site here (sorry!! Rookie error!!) and have saved so much $ on my vacation using your site that I was able to add 3 extra days!! So, both "sorry" and "thanks a bunch!!".

I've ordered from Ticketmania 3 different times and would do so again!:D I'm also from Canada and they delivered them within a 2 week period without any delay.:)

Thanks so much Mary for the great service you provide!:bounce: :Pinkbounc
