I'm from Canada, too, and ordered DisneyQuest tickets from Ticketmania in April. I got the email that said when they were shipped and when to expect them. I gave them an extra week, but the tickets still hadn't arrived. I emailed them, and got a prompt response with a suitable solution that I didn't need, because my tickets arrived on that very same day. I would certainly order from them again!
