I over estimated what was left on our 6 year old park hopper tickets. :( I thought there was still 2 theme park days left and there was only one. I had 2 adult and 1 child pass.

When we arrived we bought 4 more adult and 1 child- 3 day hopper plus water park no expiration, we were planning on only using 2 theme park days and 2 water park days of these.

Will guest relations move one of the extra days over to our 5 day PH's? We really ant to go all together.

If they won't do this can we add another park hopper day to them? I know that if we buy a single day pass for the 3 of us we won't be able to park hop. :(

So if anyone has some insight we'd greatly appreciate it. We're planning on hitting the parks again tomorrow. We're having a great time and the weather is fantastic!

I'm not sure I exactly understand what you want to do, but in general, tickets may be upgraded within 14 days of first use, whether or not you have purchased the no-expiration option. If you have just started using the 3-day hopper plus tickets, you should be able to add a day without any problem. Some Florida resident tickets have different rules for upgrading, if you have a FL resident ticket.

If you are asking if Disney will take days from your new tickets and add them to your old tickets so someone else can use them, they won't do that. I'm thinking you have eight people and three are going to use old tickets and five are going to use new tickets? They won't transfer from one person to another. There are cost breaks to buying multi-day tickets, but they are not shareable or transferable.

Your old tickets would not be upgradeable if they are six years old. Upgrades must take place within 14 days of first use for Magic Your Way tickets, and old park hopper (pre-2005) tickets are not upgradeable at all.

From Cheshire Figment's ticket sticky (linked below):

No pre-MYW ticket can be modified or upgraded in any manner

If you have three people who don't have enough days, your only option that I see is to purchase three more tickets. If you anticipate returning, you can buy a multi-day hopper with no expiration and save the days for your next trip. Or you can buy a one day hopper, which is insanely expensive, or buy a regular one day (still expensive) and plan not to hop that day.

Here is the thread with all your ticket questions answered, in case I have misunderstood what you are asking:
