Ticket discounts (non AP)

Hi stupid question time ... but I really havent seen this clearly addressed anywhere. We are contemplating buying DVC direct or via reseller, not sure yet. I know only DVC direct get the blue card with the 150 min purchase. We previously have not been AP buyers ... usually only go to WDW once a year. Are there any ticket discounts besides AP for DVC members (with blue card)? We are from NJ but does buying into DVC make you a FL resident, therefore open to those discounts? I know APs are not currently available for purchase, but are DVC APs a "better deal" than buying say a 6 night park hopper via disney or a reseller like Undercover Tourist? Thank you

Being DVC doesn’t get you FL resident discounts.

And DVC seldom offers discounted non-AP tickets. It happens once in a while, but not often.

No ticket discounts currently. There was one for an extra two days when you purchased four, but that's no longer available.
