Just got back and I have to let all know about the:

This is the broker that the DIS supports and they should. It was great. The tickets are cheaper and they will deliver them to the door of your hotel. I called when I was cheching in and they were there in 15 minutes. I bought them a week in advance over the phone. I worked with both Chris (co-owner) and Robbie and they held up to thier promise.

I was very uneasy at the beginning but I can tell you that it was fine.

What's the advantage of using a ticket broker over buying them online from waltdisneyworld.com for $316?

That still seems like an awful high price, I think I would have purchased the annual pass and gotten another vacation out of it within a year......just my opinion.

Glad you were able to save some $! I have also used brokers for PHPs and find them to be a good bargain. For those of us who don't live in the south, it's not as easy to make WDW a frequent vacation destination. An annual pass is great for those who live close enough to go more than once a year. An annual pass would cost $317.

APs are a lot more the $317. They are $403 for a regular one and $536 for a premium one. I get APs when I make 2 trips to WDW a year. To the OP, I bought some 7 day PH from the same place and found them to be very courteous and fast on delivery.

They are $302.90 from Hotwire. Ticket places are great savings.:D

Actually I just made the statement about the annual passes because there are alot of people who visit at least once a year and with an annual pass you could get 2 trips out of them. I guess I just noticed that even though I do live in the south and I can easily use them it looks like you too also get down here at least every year. So I just thought with an annual pass you use it and then schedule next years vacation a little earlier and can use them again. But I also realize some people like the plus feature......it was just my opinion. Also I think that the passes are good for the room discounts too.

For me, I will probably buy the 7 day hoppers, since I doubt we'll be back within the year, and I figure I will use 4 or 5 park days, and 1 or 2 plusses. I figure then for our next trip, I would have left 2 or 3 park days, and 2 or 3 plusses, so I would need minimal tickets, and the trip would be cheaper. If I thought we'd go again within the year, I'd buy AP's for sure, and just buy the water park days as extras, but realistically, I don't think it's feasible.
