Ticket/AP help - do I have this right

Well, that is tricky of them! I just click the link for Annual Passes and it directs me to the Florida page and I never noticed. Just glanced right by the bar at the top that is obstructed with pictures. I had checked that price several times too. boo, I liked the other price better. But very interested to know if they bridge from the gate price and not the website price on the tickets.

It has always worked in the past for us, as recently as 2015. We would buy the 2 day get one free tickets and then bridge them (use one day to lock in gate price and then take them to guest services and upgrade). I don't know if it's changed but because we haven't heard an outcry around here, I am suspecting the poster in this thread didn't use them first to lock in gate price before upgrading.

It's important to note that tickets with expiration dates or certain promo tickets can NOT be upgraded and that is why we didn't get the Buy 2 get 2 days free ticket, it has an expiry and can't be upgraded.

I'll report back how it goes. We will be there starting on the 29th and plan to upgrade by mid week. If I forget to post back here feel free to pm me to see how it went.

It worked for us too - we did it in April 2016. I had heard that guest services inside the park is excellent with bridging while they don't always do it outside the park. So, we didn't take a chance and did it at guest services inside the gate.

Actually, we got a great deal as we bought the tickets before the price increase so it was $200 for each ticket for three days. Then we upgraded to power passes for just $10 each - so $210 for non-residents! This was in April so there had a been a price increase by then.
