I've reached the end of my tether, so thought I'd turn to the boards for help. It's a protracted story, so hang in there.
DBs family are visiting Coronado Springs, booked though Virgin. S-I-L (is that right, I get confused?) booked and paid for husband, who has decided life with someone else is preferable. Meanwhile, DB and I have booked to stay in SCR through these boards (Thanks to Mikki xxx Hi Mikki!!!), and thought that, oh well, at least we'll be able to use his 14 day ultimate ticket, as he won't be there to validate it. So, we bought only 1 ticket on Disneys cheap as chips 14 for 7 day offer. They got there on Saturday, and a text arrives this morning to say we can't use the tickets. It turns out that if you book through Virgin, your ticket is on your key card, not a paper copy. I've rung Disney CR UK who have told me theres nothing they can do as its booked through an agent... I've rung US reservations who agreed he wasn't a nice man, but nothing they could do...ahhhh!!!!
Is it possible for DSIL to take the ticket to Guest Services or the nice booth at Downtown by Lord Sandwich and get it made into a papercopy, or is it just pushy me who would try?

has SIL tried to contact virgin to sort this out- she may have to pay an admin fee but she should be able to either cancel tickets OR change the name? might be worth a try.

We had the 7 day premium pass last year and they put that on our key to the world.We have the 14 day this time.That means more to carry about and the worry of loosing the ticket where as if you loose your key to the world card (like I did) they just re-issue another and cancel the lost one.Never mind eh
