It's wrong.
I mentioned this at the end of a thread yesterday but I have got to mention it today. I am an English teacher and this is driving me nuts (short trip).
THERE IS NO APOSTROPHE IN VILLAS!!!!!
It should just be Treehouse Villas. It's a plural, not a possessive.
That is all.

Your use of punctuation is incorrect. Are you sure you teach English? :rotfl2:

The only punctuation "errors" I note would be too many periods in the ellipsis, and that multiple exclamation point sentence that my 12th grade English teacher would have had a cow over. (Or, more correctly, but less colloquially, "over which my 12th grade English teacher would have had a cow," which is more correct grammatically, although still not so correct biologically.)

Love,
Grandbuddy

Unfotunately also a former English teacher - 1 year
Freshman Composition teacher - 1 year
Federal law enforcement - 31 years

And Cruiser is correct. I overlooked that one! It's good to be retired.

It's funny you mention that!:lmao:

I am very careful to refer to it as THV and not put the 's:goodvibes

Shouldn't it just be "TV"? ;)

:stir:

(Just kidding--I do it too.)

I think it's safe to say that we all make spelling or grammar errors from time to time...often repeatedly or recklessly. :goodvibes But OP was absolutely right about the errors. I think it's fair to suggest a necessary correction to the graphics which are making their way into many people's signature lines.

You guys are so funny!!! Should the BWV be just BW? Boardwalk is Boardwalk and not Board Walk...........we can go on and on with this ;)

Grandbuddy,

I am not an English Teacher, but I was 5th grade spelling bee champ;)

Now where's that red pencil?:teacher:

Well shut my mouth, but I am an English teacher. I am going to work in mere minutes. I apologize profusely for the comma splice. However, as has been pointed out, the apostrophe is the main issue. Those types of errors are very common with my seniors.
Now, if the villas possessed something, an apostrophe would be fine (the treehouse villa's decorations). As the signatures on this board stand, however, the apostrophe is misplaced.

FWIW, this one drives me nuts, and as I am already off the deep end, it is an even shorter trip for me! LYME DISEASE people, it is Lyme Disease, never Lyme's Disease. It is named for Lyme Conneticut, not Dr. Lyme!

Many Thanx,

OTDE

I teach at-risk students performing 5-6 grade levels below their ages, I totally forgot what excellent grammar looks like! :thumbsup2

To anyone who's ever misspelled a word or 300...pixiedust:

To anyone who's never misspelled a word...:cheer2:
