One of the less profound DIS threads today...
Inspired by the slipcover thread...
Do you have throw pillows, and do they drive you crazy? I'm constantly putting them back, retrieving them from the other furniture. The first thing everyone in the family (3 teens) does when they sit down on the couches/rocker is move the throw pillows, sometimes tossing them across the room to the other couch, or stacking them on the rocker or on the backs of the couches. I don't know why I just don't get rid of them, except that they came with the furniture, so I'm "supposed" to keep them.
Why ARE there throw pillows anyway?
Apparently in our house, it's to throw them someplace else.

) in different but matching pillowcases. Makes DH crazy taking 4 pillows off the bed at night. Makes me crazy to put them back on when I make the bed and change the sheets.
but the ones on the couch we actually use. we have a big sectional so they're not in the way.
Its the same in our house too. Yet I have dozens of them and I'm always on the lookout to buy more!
.
But it's highly unlikely that they'll actually get made and end up on the furniture.
