Three Sisters Skipping Down Main Street - Final shot(s) 3/28

Nurse Kathy - thanks for letting me know I wasn't seeing things! Before I went to the world last month I checked out the photo threads - all those wonderful pics gave me an appreciation for looking up! I would have missed them if it weren't for these great Dis'ers!

Snowbell - Welcome - you're just in time for the epilogue!

Just found and read your entire report! What a great day to spend and thanks for sharing your pics! I don't have sisters but I imagine a trip with just sisters must be so much fun! I have friends who are like sisters to me (at least what I imagine having a sister would be like!) and I would love to do Disney with them.

Sounds like you all had a ball and made some great memories!

Allyson

OK, I confess. I had started reading your report because I am the oldest of three sisters and picked back up tonight when I was supposed to be working on mine (blank page writer's block, dontcha know). I love it!

Thanks, Suz for taking me back and yes, I DO get it! It's so magical to be in the world as an adult, with your family, at any age, any time, over and over, let's GOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!

Jamal

PS--I would like to go to Brown Derby now please.

Jamal, aka Jamie ('e' no 'e'?), aka Fixer, aka TR photographer extraordinaire - I just got caught up with yours and am anxiously awaiting tonight's episode. I came over here to finish mine since I'm ready to let it go so I can thoroughly enjoy your stories!

Allyson, thanks for stopping by!

Alas, I'm afraid I've lost my zest for writing...

I've been living vicariously thru other TR'ers who have returned more recently. I haven't even started a new book because I'm having too much fun reading all the talented writers I have found here. :surfweb:

Based on comments posted here I believe I have succeeded in encouraging several others to do a sisters only trip, but have failed to convince my own sisters to post their comments. They shall remain forever lurkers, content to let me tell my side of the story. Guess I didn't embellish too much or they would have come out of hiding... :3dglasses :3dglasses

Don't know if we'll ever do it again. There are many other places I'd love to experience with just MS and BS - New York, Boston, New Orleans...big cities with their own flair...I would go back to the Magic in a heartbeat though. It would have to be longer next time, maybe even in a real resort, on-site? and the Boma toast - really bummed I didn't speak up and suggest that...

There's a glimmer of hope that there may be a family trip in the future. DS's high school softball team is planning a spring break trip next year and since she's only on the middle school team now, there might be another trip down the rode if the first one is successful.

Feel like I need to dole (another reason we must return - missed the dole whips!) out many thanks...

Cousin M who had the connections to make our day magically FREE :flower3:

DH for allowing me to use all the FF miles to fly magically FREE :love2:

DS and DD for being magical children and being excited that their mom was going to see Pooh without them. princess: :darth:

BS for chauffering us in her luxury vehicle. :drive:

MS for attending the convention in Orlando and coming up with the idea. :mickeybar

Mom and Dad - for not having heart attacks when we showed up on their doorstep for the weekend as surprise houseguests! :scared1: :scared1:

and Zzub, Kay, Lala, and Nebo for inspiring the inner TR'er in me. :thanks:

I leave you with this parting shot...

Thanks for reading

I am always sorry to see them end :grouphug:

It was a wonderful journey with some awesome photos!

Come back after the next trip

:dance3: :dance3: :dance3:

Very, very nice. What a memorable trip. :goodvibes You and your sisters will be sharing stories about this trip years from now. I love your closing photos. Beautiful!

Grammy, Kay and PJ - thanks for being such loyal readers! :dance3:

When I get moved will they automatically change my link? Kay and PJ, we need to get your link fancied up. I'll try to look up how I did it, got some help on the tech board but looks like Grammy figured it out too!

So sad to see it end but thank you for sharing your trip! It sounds like it was really special and I love those last pics you posted!

Allyson

Loved the report... thank you for sharing :grouphug:

Great report!! I'm sorry to see it end so soon. Thank you so much for sharing!

Great report and pictures. I"m sad too as we just finished coming back home.

I haven't been moved yet? Do I tell someone I'm finished???

Mom of CKJ - thanks for reading!

Marion - thanks for being along for the ride. Love the Minnie outfit!

tmfranlk - I thought it was too short also! Must stay longer next time!

Kathy - looking forward to reading your report over Easter Break. I just finished reading "The Boy who ate Stars". God must think you are really special!

thptrek - Enjoy writing your TR - Go Commando! :cheer2:

You know, I have been frantically reading for the last two days your report. I didn't realize it was that close to the end. My dear, it was terrific. And I remember when you were just thinking about doing it. I still love the part where the fridge was way too bright, cuz you hadn't been filling it lately.
That's great stuff.

Little Sis, I hope you have many trips left in you. On site.

Nebo,
pardon me for a minute while I dry my eyes after coming to the conclusion of "Mine, mine, minemine".
Wouldn't tell her that she was less than perfect but just had a thought that Kay should have had Mickey and pals coming to Free dinner at your house for that character meal! :rotfl:

Thanks for taking the time to read. I'm guessing you'll go into "lurk" mode for awhile to ween yourself away. I keep saying I need to check into a rehab place but now I've found the Fixer (you need to read her cottage cheese story - yes, cottage cheese and Disney do go together) :surfweb:

Thanks for the kind words and I'll be thinking about converting to an on-siter.

:dance3:
