Three Princesses and a June Trip to Disney World with pics, Final Update Aug 11th

Thanks Cathy!!! It has been a wonderful trip report and I have enjoyed it in getting ready for our trip. It will be the first for our little who is 22 months old and I hope we can have as much fun as you did.

Funny how you always have to have the next trip on the radar or you feel like you are cheating Mickey some how...( We are planning a Disneyland Thanksgiving trip! ) ...glad to see you are making a girls only trip and a Christmas one at that and looking forward to reading all about it!!!

Wow! It's been a hard secret to keep since you "made" me join the boards then I couldn't even mention the trip till you finished your trip report(heee,heee). I know it's a long ways off yet, but it really is funny how it all came to be!! The only thing I have to correct is that you said we would all be sporting new "dudes"....hopefully you meant "duds" (as in clothes) because none of us girls want a new Man...our girls are all too young and you and I have great husbands to let us go to Disney without them!!! The girls(our little elves) have picked really cute names for the trip for sure. Does anyone start planning the next trip BEFORE this trip report is even finished????I'd really like to go THIS Dec but we went in Jan 2007 and twob4him in June 2007 so we will (im)patiently wait while twob4him sews!!!!!

Oh yeah....duds not dudes...this is a no dude trip!

As always, I think your girls are absolutely adorable, and I LOVE the outfits. Too cute! It reminded me of my sister and me when were little. My mom used to make us outfits, too.



It's good that you got yourself a sewing area, since you are so talented at it. I wish I could sew in a straight line, let alone a whole outfit! Your pics of Cape May really make me reminisce. I grew up vacationing in Cape May and then later going with my DH, from the early 80's till several years ago. Love that area, and even when we go for just a day trip, it's always nice. I have taken so many pictures in front of that Cape May bell, in front of the church.

That's is so awesome that you are going next December! You already know that my DH and I are going this December, so make sure you keep following my trippie, so you can get some ideas. Of course, I'll do a post-trip report, too. I'm so psyched about going for the holidays, and I know you and your little ladies will have a blast! I can't believe you kept that secret to yourself, so well. I would have been busting to share. Good idea joining TGM. He's given us amazing tips that we plan to use. Have fun planning and remember from me, it's never too early to begin a pre-trip report. So, let me know when you begin.



We began planning our December of this year trip before we even left our last trip, which was last summer. Never too early to plan. In fact, if you read my report, you'll see that we are already talking about '08 (Disney Cruise) and '09 (Parks & Cruise)! Can't get enough of Disney, I guess. Have fun planning! Maybe you can begin a trip-report, too. It's fun.

What a great last day, well except for the airline part. You are better than me, becasue I would have complained It probably wouldn't have done any good, but it would have made ME feel better

That is so awesome that you have another trip planned. I wish we could go at Christmas, but since DS is a teacher we would be able to only go the week between Christmas and New Years, which I did once and let me it you it was .

Have you done the Disney cruise before???We did in Jan. 2006 so if you have any questions, let me know!!There were 14 from our family plus 4 friends and we all had a blast!!!! It's a different kind of trip from the World but very Disney and very fun!! I may leave the trip report to twob4him because I'm afraid I may get addicted like her!! I DO love planning and have already come up with some great ideas...you should see twob4him when I mention something, she's like a kid in a candy store she gets so excited...it's fun having a friend like her...we never think anything is too silly!:lm

We are going to have the best time!!! And I think we should do a duel trippie like Goofy and MMouse did?!

I love the end to your trip report! What airline was it? When my friend cam back in Dec. 2005 we joked about next time we should go together without the kids and husbands, which resulted in our girls only trip in August 2006. Then I had so much fun I decided to plan a trip for this summer with my family and then her family decided to come too. Then another friend and her family is coming along too. I think it will be great to have so many friends for my children to share Disney with. It will be a great trip. Thank you again for the wonderful trip report and pictures. I only have 42 more days to go! :

Awwww your little princess will really love Disney. If you have a video camera, shoot little clips and play them a lot when you get home. My girls loved seeing it over and over.....and over again!
So true about the "next trip". I cant wait to move to FL and be able to go many times per year!

Ya I was pretty mad about the bags but when I got on the plane and when they started serving drinks and leaned over to ask me what I would like to buy to drink, I said, "You mean I have to buy the soda" and they say "Yes". Grrrrrrrrrrr. That really made me madder (more mad?)

so much fun! I know what you mean about having a relaxing last day....my hubby made reservations for CRT our last morning. Our flight isn't until like 6:30pm so we will have plenty of time for last minute shopping.

It's great that you will have another trip to look forward to. We have 2 1/2 months til our next trip, but already have the next next trip planned. We are going May 4-9th at the Beach Club Villas....ahh the joys of DVC

Hahahahaha My DH thought the Dis was silly till we got to Disney and we were zigging while "they" were zagging or standing in lines. He loved the tips and the restaurants, all learned by me here at the Dis

According to tgm, we only have a short 497 day wait Heck you'll be married with two kids by then! Thanks Denise. I can't believe how much easier it is to sew when things are right next to you! Amazing! I had stuff in like 7 or 8 plastic bags...that was not working!

As far as the hair wrap went...she left it in for 3 weeks??? I simply took my time to unravel it and used a seam ripper. It didnt do any damage. I even saved the thread to put in the scrap book!

Jeesh, it sounds much farther when you say it is over 400 days rather than next Christmas. So I guess I won't be scouring the pretrip boards for a while. We are probably going to shoot for Dec 8 or so. Usually the second weekend in Dec. Probably Sun night if they do it on the same evenings as before.
