Thread appears at the top of every forum?

For some reason the thread below is showing up at the top of every forum I look at using the iPhone app. Does anyone else experienced this? Is there any way to stop this thread from showing up everywhere?

I have the same issue on my phone. The thread is from 2012.

Given that this has been going on for at least months, I have to assume this didn't just go away on its own.
