thoughts on mickey's philharmagic?

Philharmagic is ALWAYS a 'Must Do'!!!
One of the very best attractions in all of Disney World!!!

Philharmagic hands down! If you've got time to catch Dream Along with Mickey, cool, but if not, you aren't missing a lot. I wouldn't miss Philharmagic though.

Mickey's Philharmagic is one of the TREASURES of Disney World!

It is consistently rated by guests as one of the top attractions in all of the parks.
It is, by far, the most interesting and entertaining of the 3D/4D films...
and just a lot of FUN!

It's a must-see, for sure. A nice, cool place to take a break, and so much fun, besides. And I challenge you to not grab at things as they come flying by.

I love going to Mickey's Philharmagic with the kids. I'll never forget the first year my son (he was 4 at the time) was reaching out so far trying to grab the jewels he just about fell off the chair! Even this year he was reaching quite far to get the jewel.

We're 2 adults and it's a must see for us. We usually see it at least twice.

while I agree w/ the previous posters that Philharmagic is the better show, I think you have to take into consideration your children & how they react to loud shows & the special effects. Philharmagic is very loud for some reason even though it is geared to children & has characters from many Disney movies in it. Also the special effects may bother some children. It sprays a little bit of water onto your face at one time, but you can actually cover where it comes out of in the seat in front of you with your hand. Just wanted to point that out.

DS (2.5) couldn't keep the glasses on for Philharmagic nor did he get the idea behind it. He loved Dream though.

I reach out every time. Still. My whole family does. It's involuntary. I turned around once to see if others did it and it was like an army of people doing the dance from "Thriller."

love,love,loved Mickey's Philharmagic...wonderful way to get "in the Disney mood" with a little bit of the outstanding music & sights from sooo many of Disney's fantastic animated movies. They did a masterful job of incorporating the clips from other movies into the Philharmagic storyline.
